Gökçetepe Tabiat Parkı
Stretching along the shore of the Gulf of Saros within the boundaries of Gökçetepe Köyü, 28 km south of the Keşan district center in Edirne, the 108.58-hectare Gökçetepe Nature Park has a 3.5 km long beach and six unique coves. It lies on the Gulf of Saros, which links the Marmara to the Aegean and is known for its clarity and self-cleaning structure. With its pine forest covering thousands of square meters, the park is referred to as a veritable oxygen reservoir owing to research suggesting its air is beneficial for asthma and allergic diseases. The site features day-use areas, bungalows, caravan and tent camping areas, a visitor center, a village market, a grocery store, a restaurant, a cafe, a small mosque, picnic units, playgrounds and beach facilities with shower cabins.
