Located on the seashore in the Sariyer district of İstanbul province, Gümüşdere Plajı is a public swimming area 300 meters long and 20 meters wide. The shore is sand and the seabed is sand. During the swimming season from 15 June to 15 September, it has a daily capacity of approximately 2000 people. The area has 8 showers, 25 changing cabins and 25 washbasins. 2 kiosks/food and drink points serve visitors. 10 lifeguards are on duty, first aid supplies are available and there is a flag warning system. The beach is accessible for the disabled and has a parking lot. Boat use is possible in the area. Nearest health facility: 2 Km-gümüşdere Aile Sağlığı Merkezi.
