Located on the seashore in the Foça district of İzmir province, Sazlıca Halk Plajı is a public swimming area 800 meters long and 20 meters wide. The shore is sand and the seabed is sand. During the swimming season from June 1 to September 30, it has a daily capacity of approximately 80 people. The area has 2 showers, 2 changing cabins and 2 washbasins. A kiosk is available for food and drink. The beach has a parking lot. Overnight camping is also possible on this shore, which has public beach status; the beach operates daily between 10:00 - 17:00 and admission is free. Nearest health facility: Foça Devlet Hastanesi.
