Tekirova Tabiat Parkı
Located on the Mediterranean coast in Antalya's Kemer district, Tekirova Nature Park is a 12-hectare protected area declared in 2016. Entirely under forest ownership, the park is covered with Turkish red pine forest and maquis vegetation. Species such as hawthorn, kermes oak, Greek strawberry tree, laurel, carob, wild olive and oleander, together with wild animals such as fox, wild boar, squirrel and wild hare, point to a rich flora and fauna. Located within the South Antalya Tourism Development Region, the park has a 390-meter coastal strip in a sheltered bay where the sea meets the forest. About 3.7 km offshore, the Üç Adalar, which attract diving enthusiasts from all over the world, can be seen. Today the park is visited mostly for day-trip beach use. Tekirova Nature Park is 20 km from Kemer and 64 km from Antalya.
