Located on the sea coast in the Şi̇le district of İstanbul province, Uzunkum Plajı (Orta Nokta) is a public swimming area 550 meters long and 40 meters wide. The shore is sand and the seabed is sand. During the swimming season between June 15 and September 15, it has a daily capacity of approximately 300 people. The area has 2 showers, 1 changing cabin and 2 washbasins. 2 kiosks/food and drink points serve visitors. 3 lifeguards are on duty, first aid supplies are available and there is a flag warning system. The beach is accessible for the disabled and has a parking lot. Boating is possible in the area. Entrance to the beach is free; the area operates every day between 08:00 and 17:00. Nearest health facility: Sıle Devlet Hastanesı-4km.
