Çamlıkoy Tabiat Parkı
Located in the Saray district of Tekirdağ, Çamlıkoy Nature Park was declared a nature park in 2011, and at the end of 2024 its boundaries were expanded, bringing it to 88.54 hectares. With its forest and dune areas, the streams tracing its northern and southern boundaries, and the sea to its east, it holds both strong recreational potential and a rich diversity of flora and fauna. In the natural vegetation dominated by sessile oak, Hungarian oak, common hornbeam, ash, oriental plane and alder, small tree and shrub species such as wild apple, wild pear, hawthorn, cornelian cherry, laurel and blackberry are found. Alongside hiking, cycling, angling and photo safari, with its tent and caravan camping areas the park is suitable for both day trips and overnight visits. The park, about 130 km from Istanbul, is reached via the D020 (the old Edirne road) or by leaving the O2 (TEM) motorway at the Çerkezköy exit and following the Saray route.
