Located on the sea coast in the Çayeli district of Rize province, Çayeli Kemeraltı Halk Plajı is a public swimming area 200 meters long and 10 meters wide. The shore is pebble and the seabed is sand. During the swimming season from 15 June; 15 September, it has a daily capacity of approximately 150 people. The area has 1 shower, 1 changing cabin and 1 washbasin. There is a kiosk for food and drinks. Swimming is the main activity at the beach; no entrance fee is charged and the area is open 24 hours a day, every day. Nearest health facility: Çayeli İshakoğlu Devlet Hastahanesi.
