Dağılcak Tabiat Parkı
Located in Adana's Kozan district, 100 km from the provincial center and 15 km from Kozan, Dağılcak Nature Park was declared in 2011 over an area of approximately 23 hectares. The park's most distinctive natural feature is the water source that emerges from the rock, passes beneath the highway and spreads to the facilities and the day-use area. The Dağılcak Deresi stream to the east of the park flows year-round and adds visual richness to the area. In this region dominated by the Mediterranean climate, Turkish red pine and maquis communities stand out; alongside species such as plane, laurel, oak, Judas tree and oleander, wildlife such as hare, fox, partridge and blackbird share this natural texture. In the park, where picnicking is possible in the day-use areas, there are forest walking paths, a country restaurant, a kiosk, a fountain, a small mosque and children's playgrounds. Stands selling local products also offer visitors a taste of the region.
