Combining forest and sea values, the 7.4-hectare Gümüldür Nature Park, in the Menderes district of İzmir, embraces one of the region's most beautiful and longest sandy beaches. This area, where green meets blue, is suitable for both a day trip and an overnight nature getaway. In and around the park, nature walks, photo safari, cycling trips and water sports are possible. The site has a country tea garden, a kiosk, a bakery and picnic units, as well as a tent camping and caravan area. It is an ideal meeting point for those enjoying the sea on its beach. The park is 30 km from the Menderes district, 64 km from the İzmir city center and 39 km from Adnan Menderes Airport. Impressive natural scenery accompanies the asphalt-paved access road along the way.
