Located on the seafront in İzmir's Seferihisar district, İpekkum Halk Plajı is a public swimming area 400 meters long and 20 meters wide. Entry is free. Both the shore and the seabed are sandy; you enter the sea over a soft surface. During the swimming season covering June 1; September 30, the beach has a capacity to host approximately 800 people per day.
