Hacetderesi Tabiat Parkı (Tamirat - Kapalı)
Located in Istanbul's Tuzla district, the 16.01-hectare Hacetderesi Nature Park was declared a nature park in 2012. Offering a brief escape from the city's hectic pace, the park is covered with vegetation formed mainly by Turkish red pine; species such as blackberry, firethorn, and butterfly bush are also found among it. In the area's fauna, mammals such as weasel, red squirrel, hedgehog, mole, and marten as well as various bird and reptile species have been observed. With recreation areas allowing day-use rest, picnic tables, toilets, a fountain, and a rain shelter, the park provides a quiet break in nature. Note: The park is currently closed to visitors due to repair and maintenance work. Before planning a visit, it is recommended to confirm the situation with the Istanbul DKMP 1st Regional Directorate. The park can be reached via the junction turning off to Aydınlı village from the Sabiha Gökçen Airport road.
