Located on the seashore in the Canik district of Samsun province, Bandırma Vapuru Plajı is a public swimming area 500 meters long and 15 meters wide. The shore is sand and the seabed is sand. During the swimming season from June 15 to September 15, it has a daily capacity of approximately 300 people. The area has 24 showers, 18 changing cabins, and 6 washbasins. 2 kiosks/food and drink points serve visitors. 3 lifeguards are on duty, and first aid supplies are available. The beach is accessible for people with disabilities, has a parking lot, and allows tent camping. Water sports and boating are possible in the area. Nearest health facility: Gazi Devlet Hastanesı.
