The Narman Peri Bacaları Nature Monument near the Yoldere neighbourhood in Erzurum's Narman district is a natural wonder notable for its red-coloured soils and the extraordinary rock formations carved by nature. Located within the Irano-Turanian floristic region, the area is dominated by treeless steppe vegetation. Offering unique views for photographers and nature-walking enthusiasts, this open area is home to species such as wild goat, wild boar, bear, wolf, hare, partridge, golden eagle and long-legged buzzard. As it is a natural habitat, visitors are responsible for their own life and property safety. The nature monument is on the Erzurum-Ardahan D955 highway, 10 km from the Narman district centre. The area can also be reached via the Yoldere gravel road branching off from the Sülüklü neighbourhood road.
