Sadağı Kanyonu Tabiat Parkı
Declared in 2014, Sadağı Kanyonu Nature Park spreads over an area of 436 hectares in the village of Sadağı in the Orhaneli district of Bursa. With its geographical location, geological structure, and biological richness, the park holds touristic importance for the region and welcomes those who wish to be alone with nature accompanied by canyon views. The area has rich vegetation featuring species such as hornbeam, trembling aspen, oriental plane, stinking juniper, and silver linden; in addition to otters, hares, foxes, wild boars, and squirrels, it is possible to see bird species such as sparrowhawks, falcons, and Eurasian jays. Within the park there is a visitor center in harmony with the natural setting, four bridges, six rain shelters, and picnic tables; the trail has been made safe with warning signs and arranged walking paths. Flora and wildlife observation, birdwatching, photo safari, rock climbing, angling, hiking, and nature tours are the main activities available in the area. The canyon, 6 km from the center of Orhaneli and 62 km from Bursa, is reached via an asphalt road.
