Suuçtu Tabiat Parkı
Located in the Muradiyesarnıç neighborhood of Bursa's Mustafakemalpaşa district, Suuçtu Nature Park is a 43-hectare protected area declared in 2011. Taking its name from the waterfall that gives it life, the area is a beloved nature getaway of the region with its cool waters and lush green forest. Alongside trees such as beech, sessile oak and pedunculate oak, species such as rosehip, blackberry, thyme, sage, wild strawberry and strawberry tree make up the park's rich vegetation. In its fauna, 30 species have been recorded; 7 reptiles, 4 amphibians, 12 birds and 7 mammals; including endangered species such as the tortoise and the brown bear. Facilities such as a country café, kiosk, terrace, fountains and picnic tables serve visitors in the park. In addition to nature walks, photo safaris, angling, scenic viewing and day-trip recreation, tent camping is also offered. The park, 17 km from the center of Mustafakemalpaşa, can be reached by private car or municipal buses.
