Aydınpınar Şelaleleri Tabiat Parkı
Located in the central district of Düzce, south of Aydınpınar Köyü on the Kızılpınar Stream, Aydınpınar Waterfalls Nature Park is a 100-hectare protected area declared a nature park in 2014. The waterfalls that give the park its name stand out as some of the most beautiful examples in Turkey and form its main attraction. Notable for its rich vegetation, the park has a diverse flora in which studies have identified 85 families, 201 genera and 254 taxa. Accompanied by the coolness of the waterfalls, it offers an ideal setting for hiking, photography, day picnics and scenic viewing. It welcomes nature lovers with a tent camping area and walking routes. The park is reached from the city center of Düzce by following the Aydınpınar Köyü road southward along an asphalt road of about 12 km. Those coming from the direction of Ankara or Istanbul can also easily access it by taking the Gölyaka exit from the O-4 or D-100 highway.
