Located on the sea coast in the Sariyer district of Istanbul province, Büyükliman Plajı is a public swimming area 400 meters long and 20 meters wide. The shore is sand and the water bottom is sand. During the swimming season from June 15 to September 15, it has a daily capacity of approximately 700 people. The area has 10 showers, 9 changing cabins and 10 washbasins. A kiosk is available for food and drinks. 2 lifeguards are on duty, first aid supplies are available and there is a flag warning system. The beach is accessible for people with disabilities and has a parking lot. Boating is possible in the area. Nearest health facility: Rumeli Feneri Asm.
