Located on the seashore in the Sariyer district of İstanbul province, Rumeli Kavağı Plajı is a public swimming area 300 meters long and 20 meters wide. The beach is sand and the seabed is sand. During the swimming season from 15 June to 15 September, it has a daily capacity of approximately 600 people. The area has 11 showers, 30 changing cabins and 12 washbasins. A snack bar is available for food and drink. 9 lifeguards are on duty, first aid supplies are available and there is a flag warning system. The beach has a car park. Boat use is possible in the area. The beach is open every day between 08:00 - 18:00 and entry is free. Nearest health facility: 500 M-rumeli Kavağı Aile Sağlığı Merkezi.
