Küçükelmalı Tabiat Parkı
Located in the village of Küçükelmalı in Bilecik's Pazaryeri district, the 61.9-hectare Küçükelmalı Nature Park was declared a nature park in 2011. With its natural forest cover of black pine, beech and oak trees, the pond within it and its clean air far from city noise, it is one of the region's beloved recreation areas. The park, which has a generally flat and slightly rugged terrain, consists of valleys carved by the Kurukavak, Meşe and Çanakçı streams and flat areas on the ridges. The 9-hectare Küçükelmalı Pond enhances the park's visual landscape value; the trees turning colorful especially in autumn offer a true visual feast. Hiking, cycling routes, angling, and bird and wildlife watching are the main activities available in the park. A caravan camping area, a children's playground, a parking lot, fountains, a viewing terrace and drinking water sources serve visitors. The park is 35 km from Bilecik, 8 km from the Pazaryeri district and 28 km from Bozüyük.
