Declared a nature park in 2011, the 15-hectare Topalçam Nature Park lies at the Sivri Tepe locality in the Boyabat district of Sinop. Only 2 km from the Boyabat district center and 88 km from Sinop, the park, with its attractive flora and natural walking trails, is an area frequently favored by the people of Sinop for recreation. Among vegetation formed by Turkish red pine trees, meadow grasses, juniper and dwarf oaks, various birds and species such as wild boar, squirrel and hare can be observed. The park offers a country café, a country restaurant, walking and cycling paths, a children's playground, an adventure play set, a grass amphitheater and picnic units. Ideal for day picnics, hiking and trekking, the park welcomes visitors especially in spring and summer. It is 2 km from Boyabat, 36 km from Durağan and 30 km from Saraydüzü.
