Enne Barajı Tabiat Parkı
Located near the Enne neighborhood in the central district of Kütahya, Enne Barajı Nature Park was declared a nature park in 2011. It sits on the western and southern shores of the Enne Dam, built to meet the water needs of the Seyitömer thermal power plant, and is a popular recreation area serving the resting, picnicking and outing needs of the people of Kütahya. It has a rich plant cover formed of oak, cedar, cypress, juniper and black pine. The surroundings of the dam lake are well suited to birdwatching, with great egrets, cormorants and various duck species. The site features a bird observation point, a country restaurant, a motorboat for excursions, a tent camping area, children's playgrounds, a prayer room and picnic units. Boat tours can be taken on the lake. The park, 16 km from the city center, is easily reached by asphalt road.
