Köse Tabiat Parkı
Taking its name from the Köse district to which it belongs, Köse Nature Park spreads over an area of 30 hectares within the boundaries of the Köse district center of Gümüşhane and was declared a nature park in 2016. Dominated by Scots pine afforestation, the park presents a transitional vegetation cover in which İspir oak and mountain steppes mix. The area contains a country restaurant, daily rest areas and children's playgrounds. Visitors can stroll in nature along the walking paths in the park and spend a pleasant day with the family. The Köse district is 45 km from the Gümüşhane provincial center and 26 km from the neighboring Kelkit district. The nearest airport to the park, which is easily accessible by road, is Erzincan Airport, 111 km away. The park is open every day between 06:00 and 20:00. Entry is charged: pedestrian entry is 60 TL per day and car entry is 180 TL per day. The area also offers basic amenities such as toilets, parking, a fountain and a viewing terrace.
