Eğriova Tabiat Parkı
Located in the Beypazarı district of Ankara at about 890 meters above sea level, Eğriova Nature Park is a small but tranquil 30-hectare protected area. The Eğriova Plateau and its pond stretch to the north, while Scots pine forests surround it to the south, east and west. Encircled by the pond and pine forests, the park is a calm getaway for those seeking hiking, tent camping and a quiet highland atmosphere. In the spring months, species such as the Ankara crocus, Armenian grape hyacinth and golden marguerite can be seen in the area. The park, about 57 km from Beypazarı, is reached by asphalt road as far as the town of Karaşar and by gravel road thereafter. Alternatively, it can also be reached from the Çamlıdere exit of the Ankara-Bolu motorway via Pelitçik village and Benli Yaylası.
